5. Refund Policy Treatments and seminars purchased are non-refundable. Distance sessions and webinars must be pre-paid.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of a session appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 20% cancellation fee, though sessions can be rescheduled in case of last-minute crises.

• Cancellation of a seminar/webinar with less than 1 week's notice will incur a 20% cancellation fee, but the seminar fee can be applied to future seminars or services with Angie Tourani.
